| How about a pre-Christmas relax, followed by delicious treats loving prepared for you by families of the Class 1 children? A good recipe for a Saturday morning! Book in the 1st December as it will be a lovely summer morning for you to enjoy in Opawa. The yoga session will be from 10 - 11.30am, and will be followed by Chai or Coffee, cake, and other delicious treats and savouries. The cost for the morning will be $25, and all you need to bring along is a yoga mat and a blanket. The school grounds are lovely for enjoying your post yoga refreshments! The yoga is suitable for teens and adults, from beginners to those with more experience in yoga. This is a breath based practice, with asana (yoga postures) and relaxation.
